Therapists aren’t people who you ‘pay to pretend to care about you’ therapists are people you pay to teach you how to care about yourself
Individual Adult therapy
- £55-£60 per session, sessions are 50 minutes in length
Block booking - Save £30, paying £330 for 6 sessions in advance at a discount of £5 per session, you do not have to book the 6 sessions in advance they can be booked on a week-by-week basis if you want to guarantee the same day and time for your session you can book all 6 sessions. The average number of sessions clients have is is 12-18.
Relationship Therapy
- £120 per session, sessions are 90 minutes in length
Block booking - Save £70, paying £650 for 6 sessions in advance (£108.33 per session), you do not have to book the 6 sessions in advance they can be booked on a week-by-week basis if you want to guarantee the same day and time for your session you can book all 6 sessions. The average number of sessions for relationship therapy is 6-10.
